As a leading Scalp Micropigmentation (SMP) artist, I’ve had the privilege of transforming lives one procedure at a time. My journey began with a passion for barbering that ignited a fire within me to help others regain their confidence and self-esteem.
Through dedication, perseverance, and a commitment to excellence, I’ve built a reputation as a trusted expert in SMP. My training under industry legends Bryce Cleveland and Leah Matsch laid the foundation for my success.
In 2020, I took a leap of faith and opened Scalpro Denver, despite the uncertainties of the pandemic. This bold move allowed me to provide hope and transformative solutions to those struggling with hair loss.
My journey hasn’t been without difficulties. I’ve faced personal struggles, including divorce and physical health issues. However, these obstacles have only strengthened my resolve to make a difference in the lives of others.
As a traveling artist for Good Look Ink, I’ve had the privilege of working with clients from diverse backgrounds, each with their unique story and struggles. These experiences have broadened my perspective, deepened my empathy, and fueled my passion for delivering exceptional results.
My story is just one testament to the human spirit’s capacity for resilience, adaptability, and transformation. I believe that everyone deserves to live a life of confident self-expression and purpose. In 2025, Tobias became the first artist to be part of the True Follicle Pro Team, specializing in the 2RL needle and guard.
In 2024, Tobias won the award for the “Best Hard Hairline” at the Meeting of the Minds scalp micropigmentation conference.

How Long Does Scalp Micropigmentation Last?
Even though SMP is permanent, most clients enjoy a touch up every 3-5 years to suit their personal style.
How Much Does Scalp Micropigmentation Cost in Denver, CO?
Scalp Micropigmentation can vary widely in terms of cost – each individual situation is unique and is treated that way. For an accurate quote, book a consultation with a Certified Artist with thousands of hours of experience (like Tobias). If you prefer a virtual consultation, we also offer them via Zoom or you can text us pictures and we can talk about your options on a quick call.
Having said all of that, the typical price ranges from $1,299 for light FUE/FUT Scar Camoflauge work to $3,499 for Full Hairline and Crown Restoration. In addition, no matter how much work you require, we have options that will allow you to get started on your procedure right away with zero money out of pocket.
Does The Procedure Hurt?
Pain tolerance is different from client to client, but most people can tolerate the full procedure without requiring topical anesthetics. Generally, clients report the feeling to be very tolerable and ‘not as bad’ as they expected.
Can I Choose My Own Hairline?
Of course! Some people call it SMP, others Scalp Micropigmentation, Hair Tattoo, Scalp Tattoo, or even Microblading of the scalp. Regardless of what you call it, we look at it as a collaborative effort between the artist and client. We will offer our professional advice on what hairline would look good on you but ultimately the choice is yours!
How Many Scalp Micropigmentation Sessions Will I Need?
Most clients can expect 2-4 sessions. In order to achieve the most realistic look, we build upon each session with more density. This also gives our clients the power to control their look: for example if you want your hairline lower than what you initially planned, we can do that on the second or third session.
How Soon Can I Get Started?
Due to the volume of clients we have, it may take 2-3 weeks until you can begin your first session. Each additional session will be 7-10 days apart.
